Yes. Once the project is paid for, the website and its content are yours. The domain is registered in your name or your business's name.

It depends on the size of your site and how quickly we receive your content: your website brief, text, photos and logo. We don't commit to a fixed completion date as standard. If you need your site by a specific date, our express option gives your project priority development, at a cost that depends on the time frame you need.

We start with a website brief: a short document about your business, your goals, the pages you need and the style you like. Along with it we need your logo (if you have one), photos, and the details of your services. Don't have everything? We can help with copywriting as an add-on.

Yes. We'll review your current site, keep what works, fix what doesn't and move everything across without losing your domain or business email.

Our sites are static: pre-built pages with no admin login. That's what makes them fast and secure, with no plugins to update and no database to hack. Changes are made by us, either through a monthly care plan or as once-off updates quoted per request.

Yes. SEO setup is guaranteed on every package: clean code, proper headings, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and your site submitted to Google Search Console. What we don't do is promise results. Where you rank depends on Google and your competition, so we never guarantee positions or traffic. Ongoing SEO campaigns can be quoted separately.

We don't build full online stores with carts, checkouts or stock management. If you want to take payments, we add payment-link or 'Buy now' buttons through your own Yoco or PayFast account. That works well for deposits, services or a small range of products.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the design or content we've built. New pages, new features or a change of direction after sign-off are quoted separately.

If something we built doesn't work as agreed, such as a broken link, a form issue or a display problem, we fix it free during this period. Content changes and new additions aren't included.
